Cancellation Policy

The following is a guideline cancellation policy that we follow unless there are exceptional circumstances.
• Cancellation charge 20 - 7 weeks ahead - standard charge of £30
• Cancellation charge 6 - 4 weeks ahead - 20% of fee
• Cancellation charge 3 - 2 weeks ahead - 45% of fee
• Cancellation charge 1 week or less ahead - 60% of fee
• Cancellation less than 2 days or without notice - fees cannot be refunded

You are free to carry your full fee over to the next November NLP Conference
13 - 15 November 2009 for cancellations made more than one week in advance. You may also pass you ticket onto a friend or colleague without charge - provided we are given the contact details of the new delegate at least two days in advance.
